The Prince William County market seems to be nearing a low, as the number of contracts executed fell to 442, the lowest levels since last January. Meanwhile, sales came in at 438 homes sold over the last 30 days. When comparing other close-by counties within the same period, the most came from Fairfax County with 803 contracts executed. While contracts were soft, months of inventory were further reduced to two, extending a downward trend to four weeks. Despite the falling contracts numbers, the low inventory indicates that Prince William County is still a definite seller's market.
