When comparing other close-by counties within the same period, the most came from Taylor County with 83 contracts executed. The median sales price climbed to $86,000, up from last week's $77,187. Despite the uptick in sales, there are still 14 months of inventory left to work through, meaning Brown County is still a definite buyer's market.
