The Corinth market seems to be approaching a bottom, as the number of contracts executed fell to 20, the lowest levels since last January. Meanwhile, sales came in at 24 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, Denton had 55 contracts executed in the same time frame, the most of all nearby cities. However, a six-week downward trend in price reductions is expected to come to an end over the coming weeks. However, as contracts reached a low, the median sales price climbed, hitting a nine-month high at $260,999.
