A dip in the number of pending transactions in the Darnall market over the last 30 days has resulted in the lowest amount since last January. However, while six homes went under contract, there were 15 completed sales, extending a four-week upward trend. When comparing other close-by neighborhoods within the same period, the most came from the City Heights West neighborhood with 14 contracts executed. The median sales price dropped to $422,500 over the latest reporting period for Darnall, down from $436,000. With only one month of inventory to sell, Darnall is a still strong seller's market, even after taking into consideration the falling contracts numbers.
