In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the San Benito County market dropped to 41 over the past 30 days. It marked a decrease of 4.7% from last week's report and another period below the monthly average. Within the same time period, Alameda County had 923 sales, the most of all counties in the area. The median sales price rose to $485,000, up from last week's $472,000. With only three months of inventory to sell, San Benito County is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
