Meanwhile, close-by Bel Air South reported 58 homes sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. The median sales price dropped to $155,000 over the latest reporting period for Aberdeen, down from $159,000. With only three months of inventory to sell, Aberdeen is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
