There were 1,032 homes sold in the Travis County market over the last 30 days, but 1,009 contracts were executed. This marks the lowest amount since last January, and could be a sign that the market is approaching a low. In comparison, Williamson County had 581 contracts executed in the same time frame, the most of all nearby counties. The median sales price rose to $325,000, up from last week's $320,564. There are only three months of inventory available in Travis County, so it's still seller's market, even with the shrinking contracts numbers.
