Sales fell to 15 homes sold over the last 30 days in the Prince George County market. Sellers can expect less competition, however, due to a nine-week downward trend in homes coming into the market, now down to 20 for the same period. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Prince George County, and for this period the median sales price slid from $182,000 to $162,000. Prince George County is a strong buyer's market, thanks to a big seven months of inventory to choose from and a pullback in sales.
