The Western Addition market broke below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales dropped 25.7% to hit 26 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, the South Of Market neighborhood had 30 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price jumped to $1,114,232, up from last week's $863,250. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low one month of inventory signals that Western Addition is a strong seller's market.
