The South San Jose Hills market slowed this week but was still better than normal as sales slid 11.1% to eight homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, Pomona had 75 sales, the most of all cities in the area. The median sales price climbed to $330,000, up from last week's $315,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that South San Jose Hills is a seller's market.
