Within the same time frame, Los Angeles had 1,923 sales, the most of all cities in the area. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Simi Valley, with the median for this period rising from $515,500 to $517,750. With only three months of inventory to sell, Simi Valley is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
