New Listings Bottom in Downtown Real Estate Market

New listings have fallen in the Downtown market, reaching a low that hasn't been seen since April. They also had a 30-day tally of seven sales. In comparison, the South Los Angeles neighborhood had 96 new listings in the same time frame, the most of all close-by neighborhoods. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Downtown, and for this period the median sales price slid from $617,500 to $610,000. With new listings trending lower and only three months of inventory, Downtown is a seller's market.
