The King of Prussia market broke below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales slid 16.7% to hit 15 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, Norristown had 28 sales, the most of all cities in the area. The median sales price dropped to $239,900, down from last week's $239,950. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low two months of inventory signals that King of Prussia is a strong seller's market.
