In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Laureldale market slid to six over the past 30 days. It marked a decrease of 25.0% from last week's report and a fall below the monthly average. On the other hand, close-by Reading registered 45 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. The median sales price of all transactions in Laureldale did not budge this week, remaining at $118,500. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low two months of inventory indicates that Laureldale is a definite seller's market.
