Home sales in the Woodland Hills market dipped below its average sales volume for the prior 12-month period. In this week's report, there were 55 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, the Van Nuys neighborhood had 65 sales, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price of homes sold came in at $665,000, which extended a downward swing in price to four weeks. Despite the falling prices, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Woodland Hills is still a seller's market.
