Hitting a record low dating back to October, seven homes were sold in the Young County market over the last 30 days. This represents a 41.7% drop in sales activity. In comparison, Parker County led all other nearby counties with 206 sales. Naturally, as sales found a new bottom, the amount of available homes increased, reaching a volume of 23 months of inventory, its highest point since October. The downturn in sales and such a large amount of inventory prove that Young County is still a definite buyer's market.
