It marked a decrease of 8.0% from last week's report and another period below the monthly average. On the other hand, close-by Fulton County registered 2,111 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. The median sales price in DeKalb County climbed to $200,000 while months of inventory shot up to four.
