Durham Real Estate Market Finds Price Cuts Milestone

The Durham market saw one more home change hands over the last 30 days. With that, price reductions have increased significantly as well, reaching their highest level since July at three. In comparison, Portland led all other nearby municipalities with 883 price reductions. The median sales price dropped to $450,000, down from last week's $530,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low three months of inventory signals that Durham is a seller's market.
