Over the last 30 days, the El Paso County market looked solid with 564 homes sold. It marks a 4.1% increase from last week's report, while also topping the average sales volume for the prior 12 months. To put it in perspective, close-by Hudspeth County registered six home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. Months of inventory is on a four-week upswing, this week hitting seven months. El Paso County is still a solid buyer's market due to the availability of such a large amount of remaining inventory, even after the uptick in sales.
