Timber Ridge Real Estate Market Hits High in Home Prices

Home sales in the Timber Ridge market remained sluggish in this week's report as they dropped 50.0% to one home sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, the close-by Northwest Crossing neighborhood registered 14 homes sold in those same 30 days, the most of all surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price climbed during this period, hitting a six-month high at $165,950. Along with the slip in sales, a relatively high nine months of inventory indicates that Timber Ridge is a definite buyer's market.
