But sellers can expect more competition, due to a three-week upward trend in homes coming into the market, now up to 22 for the same period. While new seller numbers were strong, the median sales price of homes sold came in at $1,912,500, which extended a downward swing in price to four weeks. With inventory so low and sales rising, Inner Richmond is a seller's market.
