In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Seattle market fell to 947 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 4.6% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. In comparison, nearby Renton had 107 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price dropped to $585,000, down from last week's $587,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low one month of inventory indicates that Seattle is a solid seller's market.
