Norwalk Real Estate Market Sees Home Sales On the Rise

The Norwalk market showed gains this week as sales rose 8.4% to hit 90 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, Long Beach had 358 sales, the most of all cities in the area. Months of inventory were further reduced to one, extending a downward trend to four weeks. With such a small volume of inventory available and sales going up, Norwalk is a definite seller's market.
