There were four homes sold in the Barry Square market over the last 30 days, while two contracts were executed. This marks the lowest amount since July, and could be a sign that the market is weakening. In comparison, South End county led all other close-by neighborhoods with six contracts executed. However, a three-week upward trend in new listings is expected to come to an end over the coming weeks. The median sales price tumbled to $118,250, down from last week's $176,750. Barry Square is still a definite buyer's market, in spite of the uptick in sales, thanks to the availability of seven months of remaining inventory.
