The Los Angeles market was healthy this week as sales climbed 2.2% to hit 2,302 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, Glendale had 101 sales, the most of all cities in the area. There are four months of inventory remaining in Los Angeles, and the market is swinging toward the buyer, especially since the median sales price dropped to $610,000 this week.
