New Listings Low Point in Ventura Real Estate Market

The Ventura market is cooling off. While sales this week came in at four homes sold over the last 30 days, new listings are at the lowest they've been since January. When comparing other close-by neighborhoods within the same period, the most came from the Sunrise neighborhood with 11 new listings. As new listings were reduced, the median sales price continued to fall for the homes that have sold, trending downwards for four weeks to reach $129,500. The rising sales and a low two months of inventory point to Ventura being a definite seller's market.
