Home sales in the City Center market dipped below its average sales volume for the prior 12-month period. In this week's report, they slid 22.2% to seven homes sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, the close-by Glenwood neighborhood registered nine homes sold in those same 30 days, the most of all surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price rose to $535,000 over the latest reporting period for City Center, up from $498,800. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low three months of inventory signals that City Center is a seller's market.
