Sales Decline in Richland Hills Real Estate Market

Home sales in the Richland Hills market remained cool in this week's report as they dropped 37.5% to five homes sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, close-by Fort Worth registered 803 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. The median sales price climbed to $149,900, up from last week's $142,400. With only two months of inventory to sell, Richland Hills is a definite seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
