Within the same time period, Berks County had 327 sales, the most of all counties in the area. Pricing in Lebanon County remains consistent from last week to this week, with the median sales price at $179,900 again. Lebanon County is a definite buyer's market, thanks to a big seven months of inventory to choose from and a pullback in sales.
