In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Grand Prairie market dropped to 121 over the past 30 days. It marked a decrease of 8.3% from last week's report and another period below the monthly average. In comparison, nearby Fort Worth had 803 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price dropped to $194,900, down from last week's $200,495. There are only two months of inventory available in Grand Prairie, so it's a strong seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.
