The 90001 zip code market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 5.3% to 18 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, the 90044 zip code reported 32 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding zip codes. The median sales price climbed to $350,000, up from last week's $342,500. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that the 90001 zip code is a seller's market.
