Sales Down in Mid City Real Estate Market

The Mid City remained below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales dropped 2.5% to hit 39 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, the South Los Angeles neighborhood had 95 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price rose to $720,000, up from last week's $717,500.
