The Stafford County market pulled back with a 9.8% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained below the 188.2 monthly average with 156 homes sold. In comparison, nearby Fairfax County had 883 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price continued to fall, trending downwards for four weeks to reach $309,950.
