The Greenville market remained cool this week as sales fell 37.5% to land at 15 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby Royse City had 13 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $135,000, extending a four-week long spike. With decreasing sales and the availability of seven months of inventory, Greenville is a strong buyer's market.
