A five-week downward trend in the number of homes sold was extended this week after the Valley College market had one transaction over the last 30 days. With one price reduction, the lowest amount since October, the market may be looking for a price bottom. In comparison, Feldheym county led all other close-by neighborhoods with four price reductions. As might be expected, as the number of sellers reducing price reached a new low, months of inventory continued to rise, trending upwards for four weeks to reach three months. Along with the decrease in price reductions, the low inventory indicates that Valley College is a seller's market.
