The Homeland market showed continued softness over the last 30 days, as sales shrank 25.0% to three homes, the lowest amount in three months. During the same time frame, Moreno Valley had the most of any other neighboring municipalities with 170 sales. There are four months of inventory remaining in Homeland, and the market is swinging toward the buyer, especially since the median sales price dropped to $69,500 this week.
