Fairfax County was the biggest factor, with 807 price reductions on its own. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in the DC Metro Area, with the median for this period rising from $359,900 to $360,250. With just three months of inventory available, the DC Metro Area is still a seller's market, in spite of rising new listings.
