Dallas Metro Area Real Estate Market Sees Home Sales Decline

The Dallas Metro Area market slowed with a 3.9% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (8,479.4) with 9,429 homes sold. Tarrant County led the way, with 2,362 sales on its own. There are four months of inventory remaining in the market, and that will likely remain the case as the median sales price climbed to $255,537 this week.
