Williamson County Real Estate Market Continues Upward Trend in Home Prices

The Williamson County market slowed this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 4.4% to 967 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Travis County reported 1,669 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $275,000, extending an eight-week long spike. With only three months of inventory to sell, Williamson County is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
