While home sales in the Travis County market have been above average, in this week's report they fell 4.5% to 1,669 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Williamson County reported 967 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price climbed to $352,000, and there are a fairly average four months of inventory left to be sold.
