Prices are falling in El Centro, and this period the median price of all sales fell from $195,000 to $192,500. There are only two months of inventory available in El Centro, so it's a definite seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.

Sales in the El Centro market fell to 19 homes sold over the last 30 days, while the number of sellers reducing their list prices reached 21, which continues a new upward trend in price reductions. All indications show that the trend may be coming to an end, meaning less price reductions over the next few weeks. There are four months of inventory remaining in El Centro, and the market is swinging toward the buyer, especially since the median sales price dropped to $200,000 this week.
