In comparison, the Seaport neighborhood had five new listings in the same time frame, the most of all close-by neighborhoods. As contracts reached a plateau, prices have been increasing. The median sales price hit $1,300,000, extending a four-week long spike. Park is still a strong buyer's market, even with the rising prices, due to the downward trend in contracts numbers and a large seven months of inventory available.

Prices are rising in Park, and the median sales price this period increased from $280,000 to $1,300,000. Park is a strong buyer's market, thanks to a big seven months of inventory to choose from and a pullback in sales.
