At the same time, close-by Folcroft reported 14 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. There are four months of inventory remaining in Philadelphia, and the market is swinging toward the seller, but that may be offset as the median sales price dropped to $188,000 this week.

In comparison, nearby Penn Wynne had 14 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price dropped to $190,000, down from last week's $197,000.
